Active towing sucks, I once saw a flatbed of theirs driving around with a car on the back with one of the wheels hanging off the side of the bed, resting on it's frame. Horrible.

yea, well there not manning up to the damage. AND on the damage report sheet itself, it said NO DAMAGE. so im pretty sure either way there boned.

Threaten to call the BBB and/or take legal action first, that might make them pay up and save you some effort.

BBB? and we did, we took the car to the OPP Collision centre to file damage report. so whatever they say can't be used.

I'm pretty sure the police have better things to do than worry about damage that was done to a car in transit after the driver was charged with street racing so by going to the police you are most likely wasting your time.

As for Active Towing, I'd bet this isn't their first rodeo when it comes to vehicles being damaged while in their care.

Sad to say, you probably won't get anything out of this.

Your S O L I'd be mighty suprised if you got anything from active. I'm sure phoning
the BBB is going to do fuck all either.. If they do payout it won't be from their pocket, why do you think tow trucks have 4 insurance policies on 1 single truck
