Its been over ten years since the EV1 came into production for a short 4 years. Next up, the Chevy Volt.

The first webiste is an acticle of the Chevy Volt in it's first stages of design. Originally ment to be a turbo-gas-electric hybrid.

This second website is an article of the compelted concept and soon to be produced Chevy volt which has changed to be strickly electric....we'll see how well this one does. Pretty damn sweet if it works out.

Thats actually pretty amazing that someone who drives 40 miles to commute a day wouldnt have to spend even a $ on gas charges. They say you have to charge it for 6 hours dont worry about the electricity bill just plug it into your neighbours ;)

yea thats the largest disadvantage to this car. They need to use Lithium-ion batteries so it could perform more like this one,
